| 摘 要： | 全颌种植义齿修复的成败，关键在于设计。义齿的设计要符合生物力学要求，义齿功能恢复的大小要根据患者具体情况来定，以求达到最佳设计效果。本文设计的历例（30件）中，固定种植义齿20件，覆盖种植义齿10件，经1－6年观察结果：25例（29件）种植义齿的功能恢复良好，患者满意，10例咀嚼效能测定，固定种植义齿为0．69，覆盖种植义齿为0．55，1例设计固定种植义齿不当而失败。经处理设计覆盖种植义齿后功能良好。

| Abstract: | The procsthesis design is the key factor for cmplete impant - supported denture. It sheuld fulfil thebiarechhocal requirements. The drictfon of prosthesis should be determined indivadually go achieve theoptitim effect. Ih this study we designed 26 cases(30 prostheses), including 20 fixed pmedeses and 10Ovethentures. After 1 - 6 years observation 25 cases(29 pmetheses) shawd impoved asthehcs, comfort, restenion, stability and mashcation funchon. The mashcation efficacies of 10 cases were tested, and thoseof fixed prostheses andover dentUres wer 0.69 and 0. 55 resPectively. 1 case failed for dishannnyhorizontal relation between maxilla and the manible. Principles and consideradions of supersturcturedesign weve discussed in the study. |
