微波辅助有机溶剂法提取葡萄籽中原花青素的工艺研究

摘    要:对微波辅助有机溶剂法提取葡萄籽中原花青素的工艺进行了研究,分析了不同溶剂、溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间与提取次数对原花青素提取效果的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验,确定提取葡萄籽原花青素的最佳工艺条件为:微波功率中低火,料液比1∶12,乙醇浓度70%,微波作用时间60s,提取1次,提取液中原花青素的最大含量可达5.2023mg·mL-1。

Abstract:The technology of microwave-assisted solvent extraction of proanthocyanidin from grape seed was studied. The influence of single factor on the digestion effect such as different solvent , solvent concentration, solid-liquid ratio, extracting time and extracting times were investigated, the best range of each factor was determined.Moreover, the optimum technology conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiments. The result showed that, the best conditions were mid -low firepower of the microwave, 1 ∶ 12 of the ratio of solid and solution, 70% of ethanol concentration, microwave extracting for 60 s and extracting once. The most extraction content of proanthocyanidin of grape seeds was 5.202 3 mg·mL-1 on that conditions.
