摘    要:为评价M型超声心动图在冠心病诊断中的价值,将177例胸痛患者根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组,冠心病组平均年龄较大,男性、糖尿病和高胆固醇血症患者较多。单元logistic回归分析显示9项M型超声心动图指标与发生冠心病有关。多元逐步前向logistic回归分析表明,在占有临床资料的基础上,M型超声心动图的左室收缩末期内径指数和心输出量两项指标能进入最后的预测模型,为预测冠心病的发生提供独立的增量信息。提示,在胸痛患者中,M型超声心动图检查有助于临床诊断冠心病。

Abstract:To determine if M-mode echocardiographic data could provide incremental information beyond clinical variables in the detection of coronary artery disease (CAD), 177 patients with chest pain were divided into CAD group or control group according to the angiographic results.Age, gender, the prevalence of diabetes and hypercholesterolemia, and nine M-mode echocardiographic variables were significantly different between the two groups. Univariate analysis showed that all these clinical and echocardiographic variables were associated with CAD. When the significant echocardiographic variables were allowed,while the clinical ones were forced,into multivariate forward stepwise logistic regression analysis,left ventricular end-systolic diameter index and cardiac output contributed independently to the prediction of CAD. lt is concluded that in patients with chest pain,a simple M-mode echocardiographic examination can improve the diagnosis of CAD from clinical information.
