跟骨钛钢板和人工骨植骨治疗跟骨骨折

目的：探讨跟骨钛钢板和羟基磷灰石人工骨植骨治疗跟骨骨折的临床疗效。方法：对26例37足跟骨骨折行跟骨钛钢板开放复位内固定和植入羟基磷灰石人工骨治疗。按Sander分型：其中Ⅲ型28足,Ⅳ型9足。采用Maryl and Foot Score系统进行术后功能评价。结果：26例术后均获随访,时间7～42个月,平均11.8个月。骨折全部愈合,其中优19足,良13足,可3足,差2足,优良率为86.4%。术后并发症：本组有1足局部皮缘坏死,1足发生腓肠皮神经损伤,2足切口延迟愈合。结论：跟骨钛钢板和羟基磷灰石人工骨植骨是治疗跟骨骨折的良好方法。

The treatment of calcaneal fracture by calcaneus titanium plate and HA grafting

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effect of calcaneal fracture by calcaneus titanium plate and HA（hydrox-yapatite bioactive ceramics） grafting.Methods：37 feet of calcaneal fractures were treated by calcaneus titanium plate and HA（hydroxyapatite bioactive ceramics） grafting.According to Sanders classification system,28 feet were of type Ⅲ and 9 feet of type Ⅳ.Results ：All cases were follow up for 7-42 months,all cases recovered with good healing of fracture,according to Maryland criteria,an excellent outcome was found in 19 feet,good in 13,fair in 3,poor in 2,the excellent and good rate was 86.4%.There occurred 2 delaying healing,1 necrotic skin of incision 1 injury of sural cutaneous nerve.Conclusion：It is a good procedure for the treatment of calcaneal fracture with HA（hydroxyapatite bioactive ceramics）grafting and internal fixation of calcaneus titanium plate.
