| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种主轴回转微机测量系统。系统由传感器输出模拟信号，按一定要求进行采样，量化而得到一组数字信号，然后将采集的数字信号输入微型机系统进行处理和误差数据运算。阐述了微机与测量装置之间的接口电路及主轴回转误差信号数据处理的软件分析
