氟改性催化裂化原料加氢处理催化剂的研制

摘    要:采用含氟干胶制备催化裂化原料加氢处理催化剂载体,等体积浸渍法制备不同氟含量的系列NiMo/F改性-Al2O3催化剂。采用BET、XRD和Py-IR等手段对载体及催化剂进行表征,结果表明,氟的引入可以有效调变载体及催化剂的孔道结构,平均孔径可以增大至6.5 nm,同时可以增强载体表面酸性。以中国石化青岛炼化公司混合蜡油为原料进行加氢活性评价,结果表明,适量氟的引入可以使催化剂脱硫率达95%,脱氮率达82%。

Abstract:The support of hydroprocessing catalyst for FCC raw material was prepared by fluorine modified alumina. The fluorine modified NiMo/A1203 catalysts were prepared by equal volumetric impregnation method. The as-prepared supports and catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD and Py-IR. The results showed that the pore structure of the support and the catalyst could effectively be adjusted by the intro- duction of fluorine, and the average pore diameter increased to 6.5 nm and the surface acidity was enhanced. The activity of the hydroprocessing catalysts was evaluated by using blending gas oil from Sinopec Qingdao Refining and Chemical Co. , Ltd. as the raw material. The evaluation results showed that the removal rates of sulfur and nitrogen reached 95% and 82% respectively over the catalyst with the introduction of appropriate amount of fluorine.
