| 摘 要： | 考虑由新能源汽车制造商、租赁商和政府组成的三方系统，在市场需求率为随机且依赖租赁价格下研究了租赁商的车队配置和租赁价格的最优决策以及系统协调问题。为此，分别建立了分散决策模型、集中决策模型和基于成本共担、收益共享和两部收费的联合契约协调模型。研究结果表明：分散决策下无法实现系统协调，通过引入这种联合契约，当契约参数满足一定条件时，不仅能够实现系统协调且可以使各成员收益达到帕累托改进。最后，通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性。

| Abstract: | Considering a tripartitesystem which is composed of green car manufacturer, rental company, and thegovernment, this paper studies systemcoordination and the optimal decisions offleet sizing and the rental price, with the market demand rate being stochasticand dependent on the rental price. Therefore, a decentralized decision model, acentralized decision model, and a integrated coordination contract model basedon cost sharing, revenue sharing, and two-parttariff are established respectively. The results indicate that the systemcannot achieve coordination in decentralized decision-making. The introducedintegrated contract can not only achieve system coordination but also benefit each membersby Pareto improvement when contract parameters satisfy certain conditions. Finally, the model is verified by example analysis. |
