针灸结合中药治疗对慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠的血液系统的影响

目的探讨针药结合对慢性肾小球肾炎大鼠血液系统的影响。方法采用大鼠尾静脉注射小牛血清白蛋白的方法来复制慢性肾小球肾炎模型，通过针药结合治疗后，观察其对模型大鼠血小板聚集、血液流变学的影响。结果各治疗组均能抑制腺嘌呤核苷二磷酸（ADP）诱导的体外血小板聚集，降低肾小球肾炎模型大鼠的全血1s^-1切变率，针药结合组同时能降低5s^-1切变率和血浆粘度，与模型组比较有显着差异（P〈0．05,〈0．01）。结论针药结合治疗能够改善肾炎大鼠的血液循环，对肾炎大鼠有显著的疗效。

Effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine on the blood system of chronic glomerulo nephritis model rats

Aim To discuss the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese Medicine on the blood system of chronic glomerulonephritis model rat. Methods First,the resultant treatment of the acupuncture with Chinese medicine was observed, and the effect on the production of platelet aggregation and hemorrheology was compared then the statistical layout of the data was used. Second, the experimental rats were injured by injecting the bovine serum-albumen through its caudal vein causing the model able to be studied. Results This treatment was useful and effective to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro caused by adenosine diphosphate （ADP） and reduced the whole blood 1 s^-1 shear rate. Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Chinese medicine group can reduce 5 s^-1 shear rate and plasma viscosity compared with control group（ P 〈 0.05, 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion This treatment indicated notable cured function and showed great improvement on blood cycle of model rat.
