氯吡格雷与拜阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的疗效比较

目的比较氯吡格雷与拜阿司匹林治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将心绞痛患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组给予常规抗心绞痛药物及氯吡格雷治疗,对照组给予常规抗心绞痛药物及拜阿司匹林治疗。治疗后观察2组临床疗效和心绞痛发作频率、硝酸甘油用量、心电图缺血时间及次数以及不良反应。结果治疗后观察组心绞痛症状改善总有效率为87.5%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组心电图总有效率为80.0%高于对照组的55.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心绞痛频率低于对照组,硝酸甘油用量、心电图缺血次数少于对照组,心电图缺血时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯吡格雷治疗心绞痛效率显著,安全性好,值得推广应用。

Effect comparison of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of angina pectoris

Objective To compare the efficacy of clopidogrel and aspirin in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods 80 cases of angina patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 40 cases. Observation group was treated with conventional anti-anginal drugs and clopidogrel. Control group was given with conventional anti-anginal drugs and aspirin. After treatment, observed the clinical efficacy, angina attack frequency, nitroglycerin, usage, electrocardiogram is- chemia and adverse reactions of two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the improvement of anginaby in observation group（ 87.5 % ） was higher than congtrol geoup（75.0% ）, the electrocardiogram （ECG） total effective rate in ob- servation group（80.0% ） was higher than that of control group （55.0%）. Angina frequency of observation group was higher than control group ,the amount of nitroglycerin, ECG ischemia frequently were less than control group, ECG ischemia time was shorter than control group, there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of clopidogrel in angina pectoris is significant and safety, should be widely applied.
