| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原位置换经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉导管(PICC)的可行性、安全性及实用性。方法对使用美国BD公司生产的5Fr PICC置管312例患者中由于体外导管与圆盘连接处液体渗漏及PICC导管部分脱出体外而必需拔管的8例患者进行原位置换PICC导管。结果 8例患者原位置换PICC导管均一次成功,输液通畅。结论原位置换PICC导管可行、安全、快捷,可降低非计划拔管的发生率,改善护患关系,真正解决晚期肿瘤患者输液难题,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility,safety and practicability of situ replacement of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods Among 312 patients with 5Fr PICC catheterization(manufactured by American BD company),8 patients underwent situ replacement of PICC catheter because of leakage in connection part of disk and vitro catheter as well as extubation due to partial emergence of catheter.Results All of 8 patients underwent situ replacement of PICC catheter successfully for one time,and infusion was smooth.Conclusion Situ replacement of PICC catheter is feasible,safe and fast,which can reduce the incidence rates of unexpected extubation,improve the nurse-patient relationship,solve the problem of infusion in patients with advanced tumor,so it is worthy of popularization. |
