川黄柏一年生实生苗质量的分级标准

为有利于指导生产实践,推动川黄柏实生苗培育规范化、标准化,以湖南省龙山县大安乡2020年培育的川黄柏1年生实生苗为研究对象,以72个1 m×1 m样方2 564株样苗为研究样本,以地径、苗高为苗木质量分级指标,采用K-均值聚类法及标准差法,划分质量分级值.经综合评定,确定川黄柏1年生实生苗质量分级标准为Ⅰ级苗地径D≥1 cm,苗高H≥100 cm;Ⅱ级苗地径D 0.6～＜1 cm,苗高H 60～＜100 cm;Ⅲ级苗地径D＜0.6 cm,苗高H＜60 cm.在该标准下,本次研究样本Ⅰ、Ⅱ级苗占比64.8%.

Classification Standard for One-Year Seedling of Phellodendron chinense

Aiming to instruct the field management and to push the normalization and standardization of Phellodendron chinense Schneid seedling cultivation, the critical values for classification of 1 year’s old Phellodendron chinense Schneid seedlings were determined using materials of 2 564 plants in 72 sample plots with 1 m×1 m size in Dan township, Longshan county, Hunan province according to quality indexes of ground diameter (D) and height (H) of seedling with K-average value clustering method and standard deviation method. The comprehensive evaluation result was as fellows, the standard for class Ⅰ seedling was D≥1 cm and seedling H≥100 cm, and class Ⅱ seedling was 0.6～＜1 cm for D, and 60～＜100 cm for seedling H, and class Ⅲ seedling was D＜0.6 cm and seedling H＜60 cm. According to this standard, the proportion of class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ of Phellodendron chinense is 64.8%.
