裂解汽油一段选择性加氢催化剂的加氢性能

摘    要:采用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等手段对以α-Al2O3为载体、Pd为活性组分、加入金属M复配的Pd-M/α-Al2O3(简称RY-1)催化剂的结构和Pd的分散性进行了表征;并在裂解汽油一段选择性加氢反应中考察了RY-1催化剂的活性和稳定性。表征结果显示,RY-1催化剂表面的Pd颗粒排列有序,Pd的分散性好,金属M的加入使Pd-M-Al三者间形成较好的协同作用。实验结果表明,在RY-1催化剂催化裂解汽油一段选择性加氢反应中,在采用多种工业原料油、模拟工业反应条件下,加氢产品的双烯值(100g原料油)不大于2.5g,溴价(100g原料油)小于18g。与国内和进口参比催化剂相比,RY-1催化剂具有较高的活性、选择性和稳定性。

Abstract:A composite catalyst Pd-M/α-Al2O3(RY-1) was prepared for first-stage selective hydrogenation of pyrolysis gasoline.A second metal M was added besides the active component Pd.The RY-1catalyst was characterized by means of XRD,TEM and SEM.The activity of RY-1 catalyst was evaluated in an isothermal continuous flow reactor.The Pd on surface of RY-1 catalyst was found to be well dispersed and was arranged orderly.The addition of M metal enhanced the dispersion of Pd.The RY-1 catalyst showed synergistic effect of Pd-M-Al.The pyrolysis gasoline feedstocks,used in activity evaluation of the RY-1 catalyst,were collected from different relevant industrial origins and industrial reaction conditions were simulated.The diene value(per 100 g feedstock of hydrogenation products) was always less than 2.5 g,and bromine value(per 100 g feedstock of hydrogenation products) was less than 18 g.Compared with the reference catalysts,RY-1 catalyst was the best in catalytic activity,selectivity and stability.
