井(矿)田境界位置探讨

摘    要:   按照煤层划分井(矿)田境界,是煤炭部门已执行多年的常规方法。以地面划分井(矿)田境界,是近年来国土资源部门提出并要求遵守的新方法。本文分析了井(矿)田境界的常规方法与新方法的差异,导出了两种划分方法境界煤柱的宽度计算公式并列举了工程实例。结论认为,新方法确定的井(矿)田境界煤柱资源/储量浪费或呆滞量比例过大,与建设节约型社会相悖;井(矿)田境界是以划分资源为主体,应该以煤层境界作为井(矿)田境界。建议国家相关部门统筹研究井(矿)田境界的位置,提出可行、合理的政策规定。
