个性化护理干预对宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者负性情绪的影响

目的观察个性化护理干预对宫颈癌新辅助化疗患者负性情绪的影响。方法选择本院2011年9月～2012年9月采用新辅助化疗的92例宫颈癌患者并随机分为两组,观察组46例采用个性化护理干预,对照组46例采用常规护理干预,护理前后对所有患者采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）进行评价,比较护理前后两组患者负性情绪的变化。结果两组护理前SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。经护理干预后,观察组患者SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论个性化护理干预能提高患者的认知水平,指导患者采用不同的方式对负性情绪进行宣泄,有助于减轻患者的心理压力,对改善负性情绪、提高治疗效果、提高患者的生活质量具有积极的意义。

The impact of individualized nursing intervention on negative emotions of patients with cervical cancer treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy

Objective To observe the impact of individualized nursing intervention on negative emotions of patients with cervical cancer treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Methods 92 patients with cervical cancer treated by neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2012 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 46 patients in each group.The observation group was given individualized nursing intervention while the control group was given conventional intervention.Comparisons was made between the two groups of patients before and after nursing to evaluate negative mood changes of the patients by using the self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）.Results There was no statistically significant difference（P＆gt;0.05） exited in SAS and SDS score between the two groups before nursing intervention while statistically significant difference（P＆lt;0.05） exited after the nursing.Observation group showed lower scores both in SAS and SDS than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention can improve the patient’s cognitive level,guide patients with negative emotions to catharsis in different ways,help them reduce mental stress and reverse the negative emotions and improve the therapeutic effects.It is of positive significance to improve the quality of life of patients.
