| 摘 要： | 目的探讨首发脑梗死患者脑卒中后抑郁与脑卒中部位的相关性。方法选择2011年3月～2013年3月本院诊治的120例首发脑梗死患者,根据抑郁自评量表,抑郁自评指数≥0.5判定为脑卒中后抑郁（PSD）,分析PSD与脑卒中部位、脑卒中性质的关系。结果左侧病灶、前部病灶、皮质病灶、多病灶脑梗死患者并发PSD发病率明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;PSD与脑卒中性质无明显相关性（P〉0.05）。结论脑卒中后抑郁与脑卒中部位存在相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between post-stroke depression and stroke position.Methods 120 cases of patients with first cerebral infarction in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were detected as poststroke depression（PSD） with SDS index≥0.5 according to the self-rating depression scale and analyzed the relation ship between post-stroke depression and stroke position and stroke nature.Results The incidence of PSD for stroke patients with the left lesion,the anterior lesion,the cortical lesion,and multifocal lesions were significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;There were no obvious relationship between PSD and stroke nature（P 0.05）.Conclusion PSD is related to the stroke position. |
