摘    要:采用一体式膜生物反应器工艺处理酱油生产废水,探讨了进水COD、溶解氧、色度等工艺参数对系统处理效果的影响,并分析了膜污染问题.结果表明,系统具有较好的处理效果,当进水COD为505~1 209 mg/L、色度为180~200、浊度为251~471 NTU时,出水水质稳定,COD去除率平均达到90%,而色度、浊度的平均去除率也分别达到了79%和98%.在系统正常运行的2个月内,膜污染发展缓慢.

Abstract:Aimed at improving the treatment of wastewater leftover by sauce production, this paper studies the feasibility and treating effects of applying the membrane bioreactor to treating the sauce-production left-over wastewater. At the same time, the paper has also checked the impact of various parameters on the processing effects as well as the membrane fouling problem, such as dissolved oxygen, colority and so on. As is known, membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new wastewater treatment technology, which has integrated membrane separation technology and biological treatment technology into one. The technology has been founding more and more uses in the chemical industry and the surrounding application areas, which has received more and more attention. It is concluded from the experiment that the system has a good quality in purifying the wastewater. When the inlet COD was 505 mg/L to 1 209 mg/L, the highest COD removal rate was 93%, and the lowest COD removal rate was 86%; MBR has also had nice turbidity removal efficiency, when the inlet turbidity was 251-471 NTU, the effluent turbidity would be less than 10 NTU, with the turbidity removal rate being as high as 98%. The MBR has also had good color removal efficiency. To be exact, when the inlet color was 180 to 200, the effluent color would be about 40, and the color removal rate was 79%. Furthermore, the membrane fouling process has also been studied with the mechanism of membrane fouling being analyzed. Our study results show that the membrane spout water flux would drop to half in an hour and then would be getting to slow down. Since the flux has an exponential relation with time, the total trans-membrane resistance would begin to increase slowly when it reaches a value at a bit faster speed. And membrane fouling of MBR develops slowly in the two mouths when the reactor runs properly.
