玉米过氧化物同工酶与杂种优势间的关系

摘    要:选育玉米良种,需选用较多优良自交系,组成大量杂交组合,筛选出强优势组合才能完成。长期以来,科学家们一直试图找到某些简易的指标来早期预测杂种优势,从而提高育种效率。自70 年代末开始,国内学者对玉米过氧化物同工酶与杂种优势间关系进行了一系列研究,并得到不同的结论。早期的工作表明,可以将过氧化物酶酶谱作为预测杂种优势的参考指标;但后来的报道则认为过氧化物酶酶谱与杂种优势间没有相关性或相关性很低。鉴于结果的多样性,对这一问题有必要做进一步的探讨

Abstract:Breeding high quality maize varieties can be fulfilled by screening many inbreeding lines and making various crosses so as to obtain the crosses with strong heterosis In order to raise the breeding efficiency, scientists have attempted to find some simple markers to measure heterosis ahead for a long time Since the late 70s, researchers at home have carried out a series of studies on relationship between peroxidase and heterosis in maize and arrived at different conclusions Early research indicated that peroxidase zymograms might be used to predict heterosis as a reference criterion whereas late reports showed that there was no or low correlation between peroxidase and heterosis Therefore it is necessary to study and discuss further based on these various results
