基于DSP的水下焊缝跟踪系统设计

摘    要:由于水的影响,水下的焊接很难控制,并且焊接器件的密封性也一直是个令人头疼的问题。根据水下焊接的特殊情况,本文作者研究设计了一套基于DSP的水下焊缝自动跟踪系统。该系统具有硬件结构简单、成本低廉、软件功能丰富、人机界面友好、操作简单易学等优点,为进一步进行水下焊接焊缝自动跟踪的研究打下了基础。

Abstract:It is very hard to control the underwater welding because of the effect of water, and the pressurization of the weld devices is a troublesome problem. In this paper, a DSP-based automatic seam tracking system used underwater is designed based on DSP. This system has a lot of advantages, such as simple hardware structure, low-cost, feature-rich software, human-friendly interface, easy to/earn and so on. This system laid the foundation for further research on underwater welding seam automatic tracking.
