| 摘 要： | 研究了微变形贝氏体模具钢（Ｃ１２）的合金化设计及性能。Ｃ１２在空冷后可得到贝氏体／马氏体复相组织，它具有良好的综合机械性能及较高的淬透性。由于热应力及组织应力较小，因而满足复杂型腔模具的高硬度及微变形的性能要求。

| Abstract: | The properties of air-cooling Bainitic die steel(C12)with slight deformation is investigated in this paper.The new steel has a duplex microstructure of Bainite and Martensite upon air-cooling,with a good combination of strength and toughness,and a high hardenability,and a high wear-resistance,It has a good properties for complicated cavity shape with a high hardness and slight deformation. |
