管板数控钻孔路线优化研究

摘    要:换热器管板是典型的二维数控加工多孔零件。实践表明,加工管板不同的走刀路线其长度相差极大。为提高生产效率,在满足生产的前提下应使刀具的走刀路线尽量短。针对同类孔和不同类孔的加工特点提出了几种加工路线的优化方法,并分析了各自的适用场合,指出了安全合理使用数控设备的注意事项。

Abstract:Tube sheets of the heat exchangers are the typical multi-hole parts machined by two-dimensional digital control. Practice shows that different knife route for machining tube sheet will cause a very big difference of it's length. To increase the production efficiency and in the same time to meet the requirement of production and under the condition of shortest possible knife route, several optimized methods for the machining route are put forward regarding the machining characteristics of the holes of different kinds and same kinds, respective applications are analyzed, and precautions for safe and reasonable use of digital-controlled equipment are pointed out.
