二维超声联合彩色多普勒血流显像检查对膀胱肿瘤的诊断及其术前分期的评价

目的 应用二维超声联合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)诊断膀胱肿瘤并对其进行术前分期,评价二维超声联合CDFI检查对膀胱肿瘤诊断及术前分期的临床应用价值.方法 应用二维超声联合CDFI检查对137例膀胱肿瘤患者进行术前诊断,并在此基础上进行声像图分期.所有患者均经手术探查,并将切除的标本送病理检查,计算超声检出与手术检出的肿瘤数的相符率,以及超声术前肿瘤分期结果与病理分期结果的相符率.结果 本组137例患者中,超声诊断与病理诊断的相符率为95.6%(131/137);手术共检出肿瘤189个,二维超声联合CDFI检查对膀胱肿瘤的检出肿瘤数目为171个,符合率为90.5%(171/189);171个肿瘤的术前二维超声显像分期结果与肿瘤标本病理检查结果相符的有152个(88.9%,152/171).结论 二维超声联合CDFI检查对膀胱肿瘤的诊断及术前分期具有较好的可信性和实用性,可作为诊断膀胱肿瘤的首选常规检查手段.
