摘    要:用复方中药给家兔灌饲7d后,分别测兔脑缺血30min及再灌流60min、120min时脑组织中LPO舍量、SOD活力;另给“血瘀”家兔模型灌饲该中药7d后测血液流变学变化。结果:该中药能显著降低脑缺血后再灌流120min时脑组织LPO含量、保护SOD活力、降低全血粘度、抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集,提示该中药可保护兔脑缺血性损伤。作用机理:①抗氧自由基损伤;②通过降低血浆纤维蛋白原含量降低全血粘度。

Abstract:In order to study the protective effects of traditional chinese medicine (TCM ) thathave effects of tonicizing the kidney, invigorating qiand promoting the blood circulation to remove stasis, we made the model of rabbit cerebral ischemiafor 30 min and reperfusion for 60 min and 120 minsrespectively after the rabbits were fed with theTCM for 7 days and we assessed cerebral tissue levels of MDA and SOD activity. We measured thehemorrheologic property after the rabbits of themodel of "blood stasisll were fed with the TCM for7 days. The results showed that the TCM decreasedsignificantly the MDA of cerebral tissue and protected SOD activity when rabbitswere in the state ofbrain reperfusion for 120 min. The whole-blood viscosity in model of" blood stasis" declined. Theplatelet aggregation resulted from ADP were alsoprevented. The present experiments demonstratedthat the TCM exerted protective effects on acutecerebral ischemea and reper fusion injury of rabbits.The underlying mechanisms were thought as follows: ① The TCM plays the role of resisting insultof oxygen free radicals to cerebral tissue. ② TheTCM may reduce the whole-blood viscosity.
