某部队医院军民患者平均住院日的比较及对策分析

【目的】通过对某医院部队伤病员和地方患者平均住院日的现状研究,分析影响平均住院日的因素,探讨缩短平均住院日的措施,科学合理地缩短医院平均住院日。【方法】用SPSS17.0对医院2005-2012年某部队医院出院患者平均住院日相关数据进行统计分析,采用独立样本t检验,将部队伤病员和地方患者平均住院日进行比较。【结果】某部队医院2005—2012年平均住院日总体呈下降趋势,与2005—2012年所有患者平均住院日相比,除少数科室外,内、外科系统中其他科室地方患者平均住院日均低于此水平,部队伤病员均高于此水平。重症患者的增多也延长了医院平均住院日。【结论】某部队医院为有效控制平均住院日,应注重部队伤病员的管理,针对发现的问题,采取合理的措施。

Comparison and countermeasures on average stay length of military and local patients in one military hospital

【Objective】 To analyze the status of average length of stay between the military and local patients in one military hospital and its influence factors,and to find effective approach to scientifically shorten average stay length.【 Methods 】 Statistical analysis about average length of stay was developed by SPSS17.0 and the status of average length of stay in military and local patients were compared through independent sample t-test.【Results】The average length of stay in military hospital totally decreased from 2005 to2012.Compared with the average length of stay during 2005 to 2012,except in a few departments,the local patients within internal medicine and surgical systems in other departments stayed below this level,but the military patients were higher than this level.Severe patients prolonged the average length of stay in military patients.【Conclusions】To control the average length of stay effectively,the hospital should pay more attention to the management of military patients,and take reasonable measures according to the influence factors of the average length of stay.
