| 摘 要： | 目的制定藏药“叶芒”的质量标准。方法对短尾铁线莲、芹叶铁线莲、甘青铁线莲、黄花铁线莲进行性状鉴别、粉末鉴别、理化鉴别，并对其乙醇浸出物和主要成分含量进行测定。结果4种铁线莲的宏观、微观结构相近，所含主要成分相似，以短尾铁线莲所含齐墩果酸的量为最高，含量为0．1124％，RSD=1．57％(n=3)。结论短尾铁线莲可作“叶芒”的优质正品，其他三种可作一般品种。

| Abstract: | Objective To lay down a criterion of judging the quality of the Tibetan medicine Clematis L. Methods make the differentiation between Clematis brevicaudata DC. C.aethusaefotia Turcz .C. tanguticus (Manim)Korsh .and C. intricate Bunge .in character and powder , and their contents of chief ingredients. Results These four plant are similar in macrostructure and microstructure , and also in chief ingredient they contain. Conclusion Clematis brevicaudata DC. can be regarded as a quality variety of Clematis L .and other three as the common varieties. |
