| 摘 要： | 文章在介绍“国家创新体系”的来源、内涵以及分类之后,认为教育创新的提出是对“国家创新体系”理论的重要补充,教育创新是“国家创新体系”中理论创新、制度创新和技术创新的基础。文章还以世界教育史上三次重大创新为例阐述了教育创新的意义和影响。文章最后提出了教育创新过程中应遵循的六条原则。

| Abstract: | The article first presents an introduction to the origin, content and classification of national innovation system. Then, it points out that the expounding of education innovation is an important supplement to the theory of national innovation system, and it is also the basis of the theory innovation, system innovation and technology innovation in national innovation system. The article also expounds the significances and effects of education innovation, taking three significant innovations in the world education history as examples. Six principles, with which the education innovation process should comply, are discussed at the end of the article. |
