某选镍尾矿再回收镍的研究

摘    要:对某选镍尾矿进行了再回收镍的选矿试验研究。针对该尾矿的矿石性质,确定了优化的浮选工艺条件和工艺流程,实现了对选镍尾矿中镍的再回收。闭路试验从镍品位0.24%的尾矿中得到了镍品位2.18%、回收率36.15%的镍精矿,取得了不错的镍回收效果。

Abstract:An experimental research on mineral processing technology for recovering nickel in a tailings from nickel concentrator. Directed at the ore properties of tailings, determined the optimum flotation conditions and the processing flow, finally the comprehensive recovery of nickel was realized. In the closed-circuit test, a Ni-concentrate of 2.18% Ni was obtained with a recovery of 36.15% from the feed of 0.24% Ni, good results.
