| 摘 要： | 本文利用可靠性工程理论和数理统计的方法，对吉化某化工厂的设备的可靠性指标和管理方法进行了探讨，确定了设备检查周期和大修周期的模式和算法。通过对该厂设备的可靠性性能进行试验和改造，大大地提高了设备的可靠度和经济效益。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the theory of reliability project and the mathematical statistics method are used to investi-gate the reliability index and management methods of the equipment in a certain chemical plant of JCIC ,determin-ing the cycle period of checkout facility and the model and algorithm of major repair cycle period,Through the test and modification of the reliability of the equipment in that plant,both reliability and economic benefits are consid-erably increased. |
