摘    要:介绍了在海洋钻井平台改造过程中用规模较小的修井机替代模块钻机的海上施工过程的计算机动画仿真.应用UG软件进行各施工对象和设备的实体造型,应用3DSMAX软件按时间顺序对施工过程进行动画形态仿真.UG和3DSMAX相结合的关键技术是解决两个软件之间数据交换问题.利用UG将PRT文件以合适的精确度转换为STL格式文件;在3DSMAX导入STL文件时,表面缝合参量根据图形几何尺寸和试验而定.仿真结果表明,在工程设计阶段就可以展示工作时的真实场景,使抽象的技术问题形象化.从而经济、灵活地组织施工,使工程的设计与布局更合理、更有效.

Abstract:This paper introduces a computerized dynamic emulation technique to substitute smallsized well-maintaining machine for module drilling ones in the process of revamping offshore drilling platforms. UG is used to mold both the construction objects and equipment, and 3DSMAX are used to emulate the construction procedures with dynamic effects in time sequence. The key technique to combine UG with 3DSMAX can solve the problem of data exchange between them. UG is used to convert PRT file into STL file with an appropriate precision, and the exterior oversewing parameter will be determined based on the graphic geometric sizes and the experiments when 3DSMAX is used to introduce the STL file. The emulation results show that the actual working situation can be vividly demonstrated in project engineering stage to visualize the abstract technological issues of each procedure on the screen. Thus the construction can be organized economically and flexibly, and the project engineering and layout will be more reasonable and effi cient.
