| 摘 要： | 目的总结结节性甲状腺肿术后复发再手术的经验。方法根据86例再手术患者复发的具体情况分成5类，完善术前检查，术前评估手术方式，及时处理并发症。结果本组患者全部治愈，无手术死亡；发生一过性低血钙并发症6例，暂时性声音嘶哑5例，呛咳1例。结论复发的结节性甲状腺肿经过充分的术前准备，严格掌握手术适应证，再手术是安全可靠的。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the reoperative experiences of benign thyroid tumor after recurrence.Methods Analysised and classified 86 cases into 5 sorts by their different recurrent conditions,perfect preoperative examination,evaluate operative approaches before operation,processed complications timely.Results There were 12 patients who suffered from complications including 5 cases of transient hoarseness,one case of irritative cough,and 6 cases of transient low rerum calcium.No death case existed.Conclusion Strict... |
