| 摘 要： | 基于空间计量方法对西南5省(市、区)2000—2012年间碳排放强度进行了分析,研究发现,西南5省(市、区)2000—2012年碳排放强度总体呈现减弱的趋势,多数省区碳排放强度空间属于LH型,表明多数省份碳排放强度较弱,但碳排放强度较强的部分省份依然存在。碳排放强度较强多数是因为能源效率不高、产业结构不合理、没有走可持续发展道路等,分别从这3个方面对减弱该地区碳排放强度提出了对策。

| Abstract: | Based on spatial econometrics analysis on carbon intensity of southwest five provinces from 2000 - 2012, carbon intensity decreased from 2000 - 2012 when carbon emission intensity space in most provinces belongs to LH type. It is shown that the majority provinces carbon emission intensity is weak, but thene is carbon emissions intensity in other provinces. Strong carbon emission intensity with low energy efficiency shows the industrial structure not reasonable, and not sustainable development. In order to promote the development of low carbon economy in China, suggestions to reduce carbon emissions intensity are put forward. |
