我国高等医学教育的理念、目标与定位

在我国高等教育大众化背景下,如何确保高等医学教育质量是目前亟待解决的问题。医学是关系到人的生命的科学,其研究和服务的对象是人,医学教育具有专业化程度高、实践性强、成本昂贵、学生培养周期长、社会关注度高等特点,使得医学教育具有精英教育的特征。在新时期的高等医学教育工作中,应当强化“以人为本”的理念,树立可持续发展的目标,并以此为基础构建大众教育与精英教育并重的高等医学创新教育体系。

The concept,goal and orientation of higher medical education in China

Under the popularige educational situation, how to maintain the quality of higher medical education in China is a problem that must be dealt with now. Medical object of research and service is the heath and life of human being, thus higher medical education has its characteristics such as higher specialty, stronger practice, more expensive cost, longer period of training, higher social hope which all involves the elite characteristics of medical education. So the contemporary higher medical education should enhance the concept of people-oriented, set up the goal of sustainable development and further establish the innovational education system that popularige education and elite education are well combined.
