大型液压阻尼器试验台架设计及分析

摘    要:针对大型液压阻尼器试验系统设计了一种电液伺服加载试验台架。台架设计了卧式四导向柱结构及带液压夹紧装置的可移动支座,以满足台架输出加载力大及不同规格试验件安装空间可调的功能需求。运用有限元方法,采用ANSYS软件,校核了台架强度和刚度,并对影响夹紧力的因素及台架振动特性进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明,台架强度和刚度均满足要求,台架固有频率远高于其加载工作频率,不会发生共振;夹紧力大小与夹紧缸和导向柱之间距离成正比,与导向柱和支座配合间隙以及支座厚度成反比。该研究实现了试验台架总体结构设计及夹紧装置的优化,对于大型电液伺服加载试验台架的实现具有指导意义。

Abstract:For a large hydraulic damper test system, the electro hydraulic servo loading test bench is designed. A horizontal structure oriented by four pillar and a moveable pedestal with hydraulic clamping device is designed for satisfying the need of large output loading force and the installation space of different test pieces. The checking of the strength and stiffness, the simulation analysis of the influences on the clamping force and the modal are completed with the software ANSYS by the finite element method. The simulation results show that the strain of the bench can satisfy the need. The clamping force is proportionate to the distance between the clamping cylinder and the oriented pillar. At the same time the clamping force is inversely proportionate to the fit clearance between the pedestal and the oriented pillar and the thickness of the pedestal. The hydraulic clamping device and the test bench structure are optimized within this and it has theoretical significance to the achievement of the large electro hydraulic servo loading test bench.
