摘    要:以10 L/min力反馈两级电液伺服阀为研究对象,在MATLAB/Simulink下建立伺服阀的仿真模型,通过仿真得到伺服阀的阶跃响应曲线、伯德图和动态性能指标,为力反馈两级电液伺服阀的参数优化、性能提升和工程应用提供了参考。

Abstract: Taking the force feedback electro hydraulic servo valve of 10 L/min with two stages as research object, we establish the simulation model of the servo valve in MATLAB/Simulink. The step response curve, Bode diagram and dynamic performance indexes are obtained by the simulation. The reference is provided for the parameter optimization, performance improvement and engineering application of force feedback electro hydraulic servo valve with two stages.
