| 摘 要： | 精益建造是当今建筑管理领域里一个较为热门的话题。通过比较建筑业和制造业的差异,以及讨论日式企业文化和管理与精益的渊源,并结合中国建筑业的现状,指出这些因素都将对推行精益建造提出一系列的挑战。对此,就如何在中国建筑业实施精益建造提出建议,即引入改变/干预措施,改变精益建造的重心,以及在高校开展精益建造的继续教育。
