摘    要:目的:建立测定香青兰中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6×150mm,5um),流动相为乙腈-5%甲酸(31:69),检测波长:280nm,流速:1.0mL·min^-1,柱温:30℃。结果:香青兰中槲皮素的线性关系良好,其线性范围为0.02mg·mL^-1~0.10mg·mL^-1(r=0.9990)。其回收率为97.2%(RSD=1.2%)。结论:所建方法准确、简便,为科学评价香青兰的质量提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for determination of the content of quercetin in Dracoephalum mololariea L. Metheds: Kromasil C18 (4. 6 × 150mm, Sum) were used, Acetonitrile-5% Formic acid (31: 69) was served as mobile phase, and flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1, wavelength for determine was 280 nm. Results: The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0. 02mg · mL^-1 -0. 10mg · mL^-1 (r=0. 9990) , The average recovery rates with the RSD were 97. 2 % ( 1.2% ) , respectively. Conclusion : The method is accurate, and suitable for the determination of the content of quercetin in Dracoephalum mololariea L. The method can be adopted for quality control of Dracoephalum mololariea L.
