甲基丙烯酰胺乙基二甲基胺的合成及表征

摘    要:用二丁基二月桂酸锡作催化剂,由甲基丙烯酸甲酯和N,N-二甲基乙二胺合成了一种新型功能单体甲基丙烯酰胺乙基二甲基胺(MAEDA)。最佳合成条件为:原料N,N-二甲基乙二胺和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的摩尔配比为1:2,催化剂二丁基二月桂酸锡的加入量为料液量的2%,在95~100℃间反应4 h,产物收率可达94%。产物经红外光谱、H NMR、C NMR和元素分析等进行了表征。

Abstract:A novel functional monomer,methyl acrylamide ethyl dimethyl amine(MAEDA) was synthesized from methyl methacrylate and N,N-dimethyl ethylenediamine in the presence of tin dibutyl dilaurate as catalyst.The optimum conditions were found as follows:molar ratio of N,N-dimethyl ethylenediamine to methyl methacrylate 1:2,2%catalyst in the feed solution,reaction temperature 95-100℃and reaction time 4 h.The yield reached above 94%under the above conditions.The product was characterized by IR spectrum,~1H NMR,C NMR and elemental analysis.
