草甘膦对苣荬菜的防除技术

摘    要:采用盆栽试验方法,运用三因素五水平二次正交旋转组合设计,研究了不同条件下草甘膦对苣荬菜地下部芽根的防除效果,建立了以芽根死亡长度为函数的数学模型。模型解析结果表明,草甘膦对芽根的防除长度受芽根本身长度影响最大,其次为草甘膦用药量和苣荚菜叶龄大小。当苣荚菜8叶龄,草甘膦用t2827ga.i./hm^2时,草甘膦对苣荬菜的防除效果最好,对芽根的最大防除长度为36.40cm。

Abstract:Potted plants experiments were conducted to determine glyphosate efficacy on underground portions of perennial sowthistle using a rational regression design with three factors and five levels. A mathematical model was established as a function of the length of dead rootstocks. The most important factor influencing dead rootstock length was length of the rootstocks themselves. Glyphosate rate and perennial sowthistle leaf stage also affected dead rootstock length, though to a lesser extent. Maximum control by glyphosate was obtained with 8-leaf perennial sowthistle and glyphosate at 2827 g a.i./ha. Maximum rootstock control length was 36.40cm.
