摘    要:通过理论分析和实验测试对信号光的入射角和分光片对激光外差干涉信号强庆的影响进行了研究,并得出了理论与实验相一致的结论,该结果对提高外差干涉信号强度有重要参考作用。

Abstract:The effect of incidence of the signal light and splitter on heterodyne signal intensity is studied by means of theoretical analysis and experiment. The experimental resultsare found in agreement with theoretical analysis. It plays an imp0rtant role in increasing heterodyne signal intensity.
