| 摘 要： | 政府投资项目是行使其职能的一种重要手段。随着市场经济体制逐渐形成 ,政府投资领域也随之发生了巨大变化。在新的投资体制下 ,我国旧有的政府投资项目管理方式存在很大弊端。为了有效解决这些问题 ,对传统的政府投资项目管理方式的改革势在必行。
