模糊PID液位控制系统的设计与实现

摘    要:文章针对双水箱液位系统,主调节器采用模糊PID控制,副调节器采用比例调节器的串级控制系统对水箱液位控制。并用组态软件MCGS实现了普通PID和模糊PID控制算法。试验结果表明,采用模糊PID控制的下水箱液位,较常规PID控制其响应速度快,且较快地达到稳态,从而改善系统的性能。

Abstract:This paper deals with the water level system of double tanks,and a cascade control system is applied to control the water level,in which the fuzzy-PID controller is used as the main regulator and the proportional controller as the auxiliary regulator.The conventional PID controller and the fuzzy-PID controller are realized by the configuration software MCGS.The experiment results show that the water level controlled by the fuzzy-PID controller can response fast and reach the stable state quickly in comparison with that controlled by the conventional PID controller.
