口译教学法在公共英语课堂上的应用

随着中国不断地与世界接轨和将至的2008年奥运会，各个领域对技能型英语人才的需求将不断扩大。相对于英语专业而言，非英语专业更应注重技能型英语人才的培养，而如果能将口译专业的口译教学法适当地应用于公共英语课堂将收到事半功倍的效果，是对学生听、说、读、写四项基本能力的集中训练。本文着重介绍了口译教学法的概念以及如何在公共英语课堂上应用。

The Application of Interpretation Training in English Class for Non-English Majors

The application of interpretation training in English Class is the major part of training the English talents of skill. With the consurer eoraaet with the world and the incoming Olympic Games in 2008,the demand for English talents is bound to increse in every walk of life. Compared with the English majors, the non- English majors should lay more emphasis on the training English talents of skill. If the interpretation training which was only for training interpreters is applied in the English Class for non- English majors,the achievement will be definitely reached with its concentrating training of four elementary English abilities, namely, listening, speaking, reading and writing. This article mainly the definition of interpretation training and how to apply it in English Class for non- English majors.
