大中型沼气池抗裂设计与构造

摘    要:在料液压力、沼气压力等外力作用下,钢筋混凝土结构大中型沼气池池体易产生裂缝,裂缝的存在对池体是十分不利的。文章针对500m^3大型钢筋混凝土沼气池池壁的抗裂设计等问题进行了深入探讨,并提出了提高池体抗裂度的主要技术措施。

Abstract:In the large size and medium size biogas digester of reinforced concrete structure,the body is easy to crack under the pressure of liquid,biogas and etc.The existence of crack is disadvantageous to the body of digester.Based on500m 3 reinforced concrete biogas digester,design of anticrack and some other problems were analysed.And the main technol-ogy methods about enhancing anticrack degree were put forward in this paper.
