钢包扩容保温技术的研究

摘    要:基于微纳米尺度传热学,通过分析纳米绝热材料的结构及其绝热机理,决定用高效复合反射绝热层代替保温砖(或板)。这不仅可以减小钢包永久衬的厚度、增大钢包有效容积,还能提高钢包装钢量和保温效果,有利于避免VD炉溢渣。

Abstract:On the basis of microscale heat conduction theory, and analyzing the structure and the insulation mechanism of thermal insulation nanoscale material, the efficient composite reflecting board was used to replace insulation brick or plate. The results show that the lining thickness is reduced and the volume of ladle is enlarged, so the ladleful is increased and the thermal insulation is improved.
