| 摘 要： | 目的：调查兰坪县普米族绦虫感染情况，为制定控制措施、开展有关防治工作提供科学依据。方法：采用问卷形式调查。结果：共查114户，521人。感染者349人，感染率为67．0％，其中：感染率最高的达81．4％，居全国之首。结论：调查结果经统计学处理后表明，生食猪肝与不食生猪肝者绦虫感染差异有显著性，对该人群进行大范围驱虫治疗及开展相应移风易俗措施势在必行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the infectious status of Taenia solium in Pumi ethnic groups in Lanping County,Nujiang Prefecture and provide scientific bases for making control measures and conducting control activities.Methods Questionaires were used in the investigation.Result Totally 542 inhabitants in 114 families were surveyed and 349 inhabitants were found to be infected with Taenia solium with an infectious rate of 67.0%.In a natural village(Pinden Village) the highest infection rate was 81.4%,ranking the first in the country.Conclusion The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between those eating raw pork liver and not taking raw pork liver.Thus,treatment of the local inhabitants in large areas be conducted in combination with the replacement of unhealthy habit and customs with healthy ones. |
