摘    要:目的探讨单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用。方法报告2009年5-12月南昌大学第二附属医院肝胆外科完成的35例使用普通器械经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术方法及临床效果。结果 35例患者均顺利完成手术,无一例并发症发生,无中转开腹或传统腹腔镜手术,手术时间25~90 min,术后平均住院时间为2.5 d。结论常规器械经脐单孔腹腔镜行胆囊切除术操作困难,但其美容效果明显,有技术条件的腔镜中心可选择合适的病例开展。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical feasibility of transumbilical single port access laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Thirty-five patients in the second affiliated hospital of Nanchang University were treated with transumbilical single port access laparoscopic cholecystectomy using general laparoscopic instruments from May 2009 to December 2009,and the methods and clinical effects were reported.Results The 35 patients were successfully operated,without conversion to routine laparoscopic or open surgery.The operation time was 25~90 minutes.The mean postoperative stay was 2.5 days.No complications were observed in all cases.Conclusion The transumbilical laparoscopic cholecystectomy by single port access is a difficult procedure,but the technique produces superior cosmetic effect.The feasibility of clinical research is determined by the ability of the center,and patients should be selected carefully.
