采用小剂量红霉素佐治毛细支气管炎临床疗效观察

目的观察小剂量红霉素佐治毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法将89例有明显吐奶症状或病史毛细支气管炎患儿分为2组：红霉素组（n=48）和对照组（n=41）,红霉素组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用小剂量红霉素3～5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1静脉点滴。观察2组吐奶症状改善、肺部啰音消失时间及平均住院时间等情况。结果红霉素组患儿吐奶症状明显比对照组减轻（P〈0.05）;肺部啰音消失时间及平均住院时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论采用小剂量红霉素佐治毛细支气管炎能有效改善患儿吐奶症状,减轻病情并缩短病程。

Effects of Low Dosage of Erythrocin on Acute Bronchiolitis in Children

Objective To investigate the effects of low dosage of erythrocin on acute bronchiolitis in children.Methods Eighty-nine children with acute bronchiolitis who had symptoms or history of vomiting were randomly divided into erythrocin group（n=48） and control group（n=41）.Routine medication were given to the patients in the two groups,while additional erythrocin（3～5 mg·kg^-1·d^-1） was intervenously infused into patients in erythrocin group.The symptoms of vomiting,lung rales disappeared time and average length of hospital stay were investigated.Results Compared with control group,the symptoms of vomiting were significantly alleviated after erythrocin administration（P〈0.05）,and lung rales disappeared time and average length of hospital stay reduced in erythrocin group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Low dosage of erythrocin can improve the symptoms of vomiting and reduce the severity of acute bronchiolitis in children.
