我院围术期预防用抗菌药物干预前后对比分析

目的调查采取干预措施前后围术期抗菌药合理用药情况,推动医院合理用药工作的开展。方法选择南昌大学第四附属医院2008年10-12月外科围术期病历300份作为非干预组,在医院进行一系列干预措施后,另选取2009年4-6月外科围术期手术病历300份作为干预组。分析2组病例抗菌药预防应用情况。结果抗菌药的合理用药比例由干预前的9.33%上升到干预后的89.33%（P〈0.05）;干预前围术期预防性应用抗菌药存在的主要问题,在干预后均有显著改善。结论实施围术期预防应用抗菌药物干预措施是有效的。

Comparative Analysis of Perioperative Prohylactic Use of Antibiotics before or after Surgery in Our Hospital

Objective To investigate the effect of intervention measure on rational administration of antibacterials in the perioperative period so as to improve the rational medication.MethodsThe data of medication of two patient groups ceach group 300 cases from October to December 2008（pre-intervention） and April to June 2009（post-intervention） in the fourth affiliated hospital of Nanchang university were collected and compared.Results The rational rate of antibiotic use increased from 9.33%（before intervention） to 89.33%（after intervention）（P〈0.05）.There were some problems during the perioperation before intervention and these problems were improved significantly after it.Conclusion The interventions in prophylactic antibiotic use during perioperation are effective.
