化妆品中6-甲基香豆素的高效液相色谱-紫外检测器法测定

建立了高效液相色谱-紫外检测器法测定化妆品中6-甲基香豆素含量的方法。样品通过甲醇超声提取20 min,离心、过滤,Agilent ZORBAX300SB-C18(4.6×250 mm,5μm)分析柱分离分析,紫外检测器检测,外标法定量。方法在0.101 9～10.19μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)=0.999 99,回收率在94.67%～103.15%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3%,检出限(S/N=3)为0.05 mg/kg,定量限(S/N=10)为0.10 mg/kg。采用该方法测定了15种化妆品中6-甲基香豆素的含量,结果满意,可以满足实验室日常检测工作的需要。

Determination of 6-Methyl Coumarin in Cosmetics by HPLC-VWD

A method for determining the content of 6-methyl coumarin in cosmetics by HPLC-VWD was established.The sample was extracted by methanol for 20 min ultrasonicaly,then centrifuged and filtrated with a 0.45 μm film,the Agilent ZORBAX ODS analytical column was employed for separation and analysis,VWD detector was used for testing directly,external standard method was used for quantification,good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 0.101 9～10.19 μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.99999 and recoveries ranged from 94.67% to 103.15%,the relative standard deviation was less than 3%,the detection limit（S/N=3） was 0.05 mg/kg,the quantitation limit（S/N=10） was 0.10 mg/kg.Fifteen kinds of products were tested with satisfactory results,which can satisfy the need of laboratory daily examination work.
