摘    要:采用乙醇提取法和吸附色谱法,提取分离枇杷叶中致香成分,应用于卷烟加香。结果表明分离物能有效掩盖卷烟杂气,使烟气柔和、香气细腻,提高香气质,并带来清甜花香韵。经气相色谱/质谱联用分析鉴定,该分离馏分主要含有27种香味化合物,占总质量的87.8%,其中包括棕榈酸乙酯、橙花叔醇、二氢猕猴桃内酯等香味成分。

Abstract:The aromatic components of loquat leaf were separated by using alcohol extraction and adsorption chromatography methods, and applied in cigarette flavoring. When it was added to tobacco, the results showed that the extracl could reduce of- fensive odor, make the smoke smooth and fine, improve smoking quality of the cigarettes, and mix the smoke with sweet flow- er flavor. The constituents in this isolated fraction were identified by GC-MS method, including 27 aroma compounds which a- mounted to total mass fraction of 87.8%. such as hexadeeanoie acid ethyl ester, nerolidol, and dihydroactinidiolide etc.
