摘    要:钢材的工艺性能及加工后的机械性能很大程度取决于金属的纯净度.钢材中常夹杂有异种物质,特别是低熔点物质而钢中夹杂异种物质及金属的种类及其夹杂数量对金属热加工中及加工后性能带来较大的影响及危害.其危害程度和材料中夹杂异种物质及金属的类别、数量有关,并和加工所经历的工艺过程有关.而钢中富含低熔点异种物质及金属对焊接工艺性能及焊接接头的机械性能影响巨大.

Abstract:The technical and mechanical property of the steel material depend to a great degree on its purity.Dissimilar matter,especially low melting point matter,is often doped to steel.The danger and influence of dissimilar matter on thermal processing of metal are closely related with its type,quantity and processing technique.And the low melting point matter has great effect on the welding performance and mechanical property of steel.
